RE:  Policy on Illegally Parking on the Grass and Common Areas

This letter is the final notification to the residents in Sabal Palm Estates subdivision regarding parking on the Common Areas.

As you may have noticed, there are signs at both entrances into our neighborhood informing residents that vehicles illegally parked will be towed (cars, trucks, boat, etc).  As your board, we have a responsibility to enforce the Declarations and Covenants for Sabal Palm Estates, and support Suntree Masters’ Covenants as well.  We have made every attempt to speak to everyone regarding unauthorized parking on the Common Areas, but it seems that some individuals may not quite understand why the rules are in place.

The towing company is authorized to tow any illegally parked vehicle (car, truck, boat, etc) from our Common Areas.
The Sabal Palm Estates Common Areas are the grass covered areas along the Autumn Glen Drive right of way (ROW) from:
(1) Spyglass Hill Rd to 700 Autumn Glen Drive on the West and South side of Autumn Glen Drive;
(2) Spyglass Hill Rd to 779 Autumn Glen Drive on the West and North side of Autumn Glen Drive.

Please maintain this letter for reference on the tow company that may have your property.

Also, do not place any trash or lawn clippings on the Common Areas or Streets.  This is also a violation of Sabal Palm Estates and Suntree Masters rules.  Your assessments pay for the mowing and maintenance of these areas, for the enjoyment of all 78 homes.  Lawn waste must be stored on your own property prior to pick up or disposal.
If you hire a company for tree/hedge/lawn trimming, they must take all waste with them for proper disposal.  This is a county ordinance.  Tree and lawn companies must be licensed, bonded and insured, and must remove and dispose of any debris they cut or produce.  This is for everyone’s protection.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact any board member.

Sincerely,
Sabal Palm Estates Homeowners Association BOD.
