2024 Assessments, in the amount of $240.00, are now overdue. As of 1/1/2024, unpaid accounts will be charged a $25 late fee. Failure to pay will result in the account remanded to our lawyer for collection, and will result in additional lawyers fees for which the homeowner is responsible.
You can also submit payment directly from your bank by Zelle® (using sabalpalmestates@gmail.com). If using Zelle, be sure to put your lot address in the Memo or Description field for your account to receive proper credit.
