To order an estoppel send your request in writing with payment to:

Include a check for:
         $290.00 – regular
         $400.00 – for a 3 day rush
         $460.00 – for parcel with delinquent account (non-rush)
         $75.00 – for a request to update an expired estoppel after 30 days but not more than 60 days after issuance.  The update request must be for the same lot and the same buyer; otherwise, it’s considered a new request.
         $100.00 – per page for Questionnaire

Include an email contact for us to return the completed estoppel.

We will not process an estoppel without payment included with the request.

Estoppels that do not identify the buyer accurately will not be processed unless the requestor is the bank that holds title to the property and wishes to have an estoppel of monies owed or violations outstanding on the property prior to offering it for sale.
